In early September we joined a Jeju National University capstone design project as advisors, working with students on a project using smart farm data.

We went to the A-FARM SHOW at the aT Center in Yangjae

We had a booth at the 'A-FARM SHOW' agricultural fair at the aT Center in Yangjae. The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs visited our booth, and we introduced our freeze-dried chips and kohlrabi probiotics and enzyme.

Purple TwoCare Probiotics debuted first on Wadiz

We planned Purple TwoCare Probiotics, which started from the kohlrabi we grow, with a pharmacist with 40 years of experience, and introduced it first through Wadiz crowdfunding for people interested in gut health and blood sugar care.

We joined the 125th Olbareun Farmers' Market

We took part as a seller at the Olbareun Farmers' Market at Remicon Gallery in Jeju on August 2 and met lots of customers.

The flooded mini kabocha made it to harvest

This spring, our field flooded in heavy rain right after we planted the mini kabocha seedlings — but they grew well and we finished the harvest. Most of them found new homes as soon as we sent out the launch notice.

Expanding smart farm automation, step by step

We're automating farm controls such as circulation pumps, ventilation fans and thermal curtains step by step with Home Assistant, based on temperature, humidity and growing-environment data.

We tried selling live on the commerce app 'Grip'

On a Grip live broadcast, we introduced and sold Purple TwoCare Probiotics and Kohlrabi+ Fermented Enzyme ourselves. We learned that real purchases happen when you introduce the product briefly and clearly, not in broadcasts that go on and on with information.

We were on NBS 「I Am a Farmer」, episode 395

Our story of moving to Jeju to farm with no ties to the island aired as episode 395 of NBS 「I Am a Farmer」. Six days of filming are shown in parts 1 and 2.

First seedlings in the nursery we built ourselves

In the nursery we built ourselves inside the greenhouse, we started raising seedlings of many leafy greens, including butterhead, romaine, red chard and basil. We're comparing them to choose varieties that grow well and taste great.

We got a tractor through the young returning farmers' tractor program

We were selected for TYM and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs' tractor support program for young returning farmers and received a tractor. This year we can tend our fields on time, together with our neighbors.
