Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (the “Website”) operated by JEJU MIEDEN FARM (제주미에덴팜) (“MIEDEN FARM”).

Article 2 (Services)

  1. Information about MIEDEN FARM’s farm, produce, processed products and smart farming
  2. Features that let visitors post text, such as FIELD NOTES comments and “Leave a message”
  3. Links to external stores such as Naver SmartStore, and to social media

Article 3 (Purchasing products)

No payments are made on the Website. Purchases, delivery, exchanges and refunds are handled by the linked store (Naver SmartStore), whose terms and policies apply. Visitors from outside Korea can contact us by email about products.

Article 4 (Posts by visitors)

  1. Visitors are responsible for the comments and messages they post.
  2. MIEDEN FARM may decline to post or delete, without notice, any post containing: abuse or defamation, advertising or promotion, repeated identical posts, exposure of others’ personal information, or content that violates the law.
  3. MIEDEN FARM may use posts left by visitors on the Website for the purpose of posting them and replying.

Article 5 (Copyright)

Copyright in the text, photos, videos, design and other content created by MIEDEN FARM on the Website belongs to MIEDEN FARM. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without MIEDEN FARM’s permission.

Article 6 (External links)

The content and policies of external websites linked from the Website (stores, social media, etc.) are the responsibility of their operators.

Article 7 (Limitation of liability)

MIEDEN FARM is not liable when it cannot provide the Website due to unavoidable causes such as natural disasters or network failures. Information on the Website is for guidance only; the latest product contents and prices are those shown by the store.

Article 8 (Changes to these terms)

If these terms change, we will announce the effective date and the changes on the Website.
