Hydroponics · smart farm
A greenhouse of about 500 pyeong (1,650 m²) in Nakcheon-ri, Hangyeong. We grow leafy greens in hydroponic beds where the roots sit in water, and we're building out aquaponics — raising fish and vegetables together — step by step.
Values like temperature, humidity and water quality are recorded by sensors, and the ventilation fans and thermal curtains move automatically by set rules. Tours take place here, arranged in advance by inquiry.

Open-field tangerines
Our dedicated tangerine orchard in Hallim-eup. We grow about 350 thirty-year-old tangerine trees in the open field.
We pack and ship the harvested tangerines ourselves without middlemen, and some go to our kitchen to become freeze-dried tangerine chips.

Where we make freeze-dried chips
MIEDEN FARM's workshop in Josu-ri, Hangyeong. Registered for instant food manufacturing, this is where we prep the tangerines, kohlrabi and mini kabocha from our fields and turn them into freeze-dried chips.
We prep every piece of produce by hand, and everything up to loading the freeze dryer is done by hand, the handmade way.
