How to eat it
Kept until
Remove the leaves, wrap in paper towels or newspaper, put in a zip bag and keep in the fridge.
If you have some left after cutting
Wrap the cut side in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
For longer storage
Blanch in boiling water, then freeze in an airtight container.

I ordered to make baby food. The green leaves were still attached, so it looked freshly harvested. I peeled one and tried it — so sweet and crunchy, and my baby loves it too haha. The recipes you sent are so useful! I tried beef and radish soup, seasoned radish and radish pancakes, and my husband says the pancakes are amazing! I'll order again when we finish :)

It's the holidays, so there must be lots of deliveries. It took a while because of the timing, but they're so fresh it was no problem. At a big supermarket I saw kohlrabi with mold in the box and kept not buying any, so I ordered directly — and I'm so happy ^♡^ Thank you for telling us tasty ways to eat them too

Every year I only buy from here.. you have to order as soon as the text comes, because if you're even a few days late they're sold out — such popular kohlrabi~~♡ I bought 10 kg, wrapped them carefully in newspaper, and I'm enjoying them as snacks..
