JEJU MIEDEN FARM (제주미에덴팜) (“MIEDEN FARM”) maintains this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, to protect visitors’ personal information and to handle related inquiries smoothly.
1. Information we collect and why
This website has no membership or payment features. We receive personal information only when you use the features below.

We never store your original IP address — only a value converted in a way that cannot be reversed.
If you contact us by email (for example, a product inquiry), we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
2. Retention period
- Comments and messages are deleted without delay once their purpose has been fulfilled or when you ask us to delete them.
- Comments and messages that were not posted are deleted one year after they were received.
- Where the law requires us to keep information, we keep it for the required period.
3. How we delete information
Personal information whose retention period has ended, or whose purpose has been fulfilled, is deleted from our database in a way that cannot be recovered.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

6. External services and cookies
- This website does not use visitor analytics tools and does not create its own cookies to identify visitors.
- We use only one cookie (mieden_lang, kept for 1 year) to remember the language you chose with the language button. It contains no information that identifies you.
- Instagram, YouTube and TikTok posts and videos shown on this website are provided directly by those services, which may use cookies under their own policies.
- Purchases in Korea are made on Naver SmartStore, where Naver’s privacy policy applies. Visitors from outside Korea can contact us by email about products.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time to view, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information. Contact us using the details below and we will act without delay.
8. Security measures
- Only signed-in operators can access the admin pages.
- Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- We store only a converted value instead of your original IP address.
